For years, human civilization has competed to outrun one another in the quest to earn more money, more power and everything in between. Little do they know that it is only when the water 'flows' does it enrich the value of the river.
The Power Of The 'Flow'
If I happen to give you the simple example of the human body, you will agree to this fact unanimously that only one part of the body is not important alone. It is all parts when working together that they make up for the process called - humans.
Yet, time and again, people forget to realize this very fact for so long. They see so many examples everyday around themselves but they never acknowledge the power of flowing together in unanimity.
There is a never ending competition to not only grab what fulfills the needs, but also take away everything else to fulfill the never ending greed.
People always forget the fact that the muscles, bones, tendons and ligaments, the vital organs of your body, work in co-ordination to keep the human machinery flowing. It is this impeccably coordinated 'Network' that works day and night to keep the human beings alive.
Imagine where does the human body go if one fine day, this beautifully designed and coordinated network were to start working against each other. Does it not happen? And the outcome is always predictable - a diseased body and a diseased spirit.
Can We Flow Together?
Before this question is answered, we need to find out whether we have a 'common motivation'?
What keeps a football or a basketball or any team sport players together? - a common motivation of winning the game.
What keeps an Armed Force together? - a common motivation called camaraderie. They work together, live together, die together.
What keeps a family together? - a common motivation called love and respect.
What keeps friends together? - that thing called 'gelling with each other'.
What do you do when you work divided and away from one another. What happens when you block the water inside a tank and do not let it flow anymore.
It starts breeding mosquitoes, right! The water is rendered useless both for you as well as rest of the other thirsty people waiting for their share.
When the same water flows, it makes more soils fertile, helps more trees to grow, and enhances more parts of the earth, building resources for more people.
That's how, nature flows together. That's how, nature builds itself. Because, everyone has a common motivation.
When each one of us as human beings will have a common motivation, we will begin to grow and let others grow too.
We MUST 'Flow' Together.....
Common Values Build A Strong Network
If by now, you understand what I am talking about, when influenced by a common goal, we will build a "common value". A value that will work across any system in life - home, school, workplace, sports, religion, business etc.
When people work on common goals, with the common motivation, result is just like a Flow. The outcome does not matter much as the outcome is already clear to the team.
The common motivation brings in the common result - prosperity and success. It is because each one worked in the 'same' direction and NOT in their 'own' direction.
We Can Only Prosper 'Together', Not 'Alone'
Wealth Generation follows the same principle too. A group of people with the same common goal and same values participate to grow their wealth. What one person cannot do alone a group of people can do together.
Let's check it out with an example. During festivals, people generally contribute little sums of money so that it can be used for organizing the various events related to the festival - ceremonies, rituals, programs so on and so forth.
If it were to be done by one person alone, would it be ever possible? When all contribute to the common goal called 'Festival', the event turns out to be a grand success.
Apply this to the principle of wealth creation and starting with little, you are looking at a huge network of people who are consistently contributing a common goal - Wealth Creation. Each contributes so that each wins, in a bigger way.
That is how each prospers.
